Sabrina Bouraoui
When I get asked “Who are you?”, my answer is “I am a cartesian and rational being who’s been struck by irrationality.” When I get asked “What do you do?”, my answer is “I reboot human and organizational operating systems to create the right conditions for fostering company growth cultures.”
As you can imagine, this triggers some reactions. From my life experience and professional journey at HolacracyOne, the US management consultancy spearheading the development of Holacracy, I have cultivated a passion for how the challenge of transformation is addressed (often too limited when not mistaken). This is how Shades of Gray is born, a for-purpose and human transformation-focused consulting agency I founded in 2016 in San Francisco, and now based in Paris. I approach both transformative psychological change and complex thinking through the following attitude “being an eternal student” and the following mindset “innovation is about changing the world ; creativity is about changing how we look at the world” (quoted from Luc de Brabandère).
My approach is grounded in solid adult development research developed at Harvard, as well as cognitive & behavioral sciences and cognitive linguistics – a potent combo.
